Keep inspection results, issues and walkthrough evidence with the work and review them before acceptance.
How to use it
- Open the construction project and Quality & walkthrough. Add an inspection, issue or walkthrough item with its description and available supporting evidence.
- Track inspections as scheduled, passed or corrections required. Reschedule after corrections when another inspection is needed.
- Track issues and punch-list items through assignment, in-progress work and ready-for-review status. Record the work and evidence before requesting homeowner acceptance.
- Review each item and its source before accepting it. A status records the participants’ review; it does not certify building safety or replace an independent inspection.
- Keep unresolved items visible when preparing Home records & handover. Do not mark them accepted merely to remove them from the list.
Active construction collaboration requires the household’s Ark+ entitlement. Household roles and builder permissions still apply. Existing history is preserved when access changes.
