Activate and use your invited Builder account
Use one Builder account to open construction workspaces shared by inviting households.
How to use it
- For a first-time invitation, open Activate your Builder account and enter the invited email and temporary password. Invitations expire seven days after creation; ask the homeowner to resend an expired invitation.
- Choose and confirm a new password of at least 12 characters, then choose Replace password & activate. Keep credentials private.
- If already activated, use Builder sign in with your existing password instead. Use Forgot password for account recovery.
- In the Builder workspace, choose the inviting household and then a construction project. Each household controls its own access and Ark+ entitlement.
- Work within the available schedule, records and document actions. Homeowner approvals remain separate; inactive entitlement or removed access can prevent new work even if older history is preserved.
Active construction collaboration requires the household’s Ark+ entitlement. Household roles and builder permissions still apply. Existing history is preserved when access changes.
