Connected Equipment

Read measurements, history and timestamps

Distinguish device evidence, receipt snapshots and unsupported measurements before interpreting a chart.

How to use it

  1. Choose Inspect for equipment, then select a metric and Last 24 hours, Last 7 days or Last 30 days. Real history loads only on request; refresh of the view does not call the manufacturer.
  2. Read each unit explicitly. Examples include degrees Celsius, watts, watt-hours, percent, rpm and litres per minute. A power reading in W is not an energy total in Wh.
  3. Compare Source time with Received time. If the device supplied no observation timestamp, the reading is a received snapshot and does not establish the exact measurement time.
  4. Open Observation table for timestamps, values, units and quality. State/boolean measurements appear in the table; only numeric evidence forms a trend line. Missing or invalid samples break continuity instead of becoming zeros.
  5. Inspect partial-history warnings and use a shorter window if necessary. Existing history APIs return at most 2,000 observations; retained raw observations are bounded to 90 days. A selected window does not guarantee continuous coverage.
  6. For an unconnected record, no history is generated. In preview, the fixed sample clock and clearly labeled simulated values illustrate the same interface.

Sample preview is available on every plan. Real ongoing connections require Ark+, configured services, supported equipment and household editing permission for setup. Existing saved history remains readable subject to household access.
