Use one monitoring interface for reported readings and clearly separate sample previews.
How to use it
- Open Connected Services from Household & Account. The Equipment monitoring section shows provider devices alongside existing documented equipment; unconnected records remain labeled Not connected.
- Filter by equipment category, connection status, location, manufacturer or health. Use Show equipment requiring attention for missing/fault/offline evidence, and group by category or location.
- Choose Inspect on a record to see its supported readings, source/receipt times and history. No measurement is assumed just because a device belongs to a category.
- Use related equipment, documents and maintenance links to return to ownership records. A provider device is explicitly associated with an existing asset; discovery does not create a duplicate household asset.
- If you have no connection, choose Preview with Sample Data. Exit sample preview to return to your saved records. For actual setup, use the provider connection form below and the connection instructions.
Sample preview is available on every plan. Real ongoing connections require Ark+, configured services, supported equipment and household editing permission for setup. Existing saved history remains readable subject to household access.
