Build a reviewed home care plan

How to use it

1. Open Maintenance and find Build your home care plan. Add equipment and installation/service dates first when you know them.
2. Open Personalize home characteristics to review seasonal preferences and property information, then save and refresh suggestions.
3. Choose equipment or seasonal presets, or add custom care. Review whether each instruction is generic, homeowner-defined or backed by reviewed manufacturer evidence.
4. For selected tasks, check the asset, due date, recurrence, priority, estimated cost, assignee and provider. Estimates are not recorded spending.
5. Save your reviewed selections. If the result is uncertain, refresh and review existing tasks before changing the request or making another.
6. Complete work through Maintenance. Recurring tasks preserve the visit and create the next occurrence. If context changed elsewhere, refresh and compare instead of overwriting newer evidence.
