Maintenance & Planning
Turn inspection findings into reviewed work
Preserve an original report excerpt alongside the task or project you decide to create.
How to use it
- Upload the inspection report in Documents and open inspection findings from Maintenance. Select the report and prepare its content reading.
- Read the original and confirm you will compare findings before creating tasks. Choose Extract inspection findings for supported labeled entries.
- For a missed finding, paste an Exact source excerpt from the current reading and save it for review. Extraction is bounded and can miss findings.
- Select a finding and review its source version, description, equipment/location associations, priority, responsibility and due date before creating maintenance or project work.
- Open the linked task to perform and complete it, attach completion evidence and preserve history. An existing converted finding keeps its linked decision; do not create another task just to retry.
- If the report changes or evidence is unavailable, review the current original and source status first. ResiArk does not diagnose safety or replace professional advice.
Available with core home records on all plans. Record, storage and processing allowances apply; household roles determine editing access.
