Pair a phone with a desktop form
Capture from Phone pairs a limited, expiring upload session with a desktop form. It does not sign the phone into the household account.
How to use it
- Open the record or capture form on your computer and choose Capture from Phone where available.
- Scan the generated QR code with your phone and review the destination shown.
- Take a photo or choose an existing file, then send it back to the computer draft.
- Review the received files and save the desktop record to finalize its attachments.
- If a link expires, choose Generate new QR code on the computer. Keep pairing links private; do not forward them.
Available with core home records on all plans. Record, storage and processing allowances apply; household roles determine editing access.
