Find equipment documents and repair history

Use equipment names with warranty, manual, receipt or service to retrieve stored linked records.

How to use it

  1. Search with the saved equipment name and the kind of information, such as Water heater warranty or Who repaired the air conditioner?
  2. Results can include documents attached directly to an asset or through its saved document links, and maintenance associated with that asset. Open the result and verify the original record.
  3. Search retrieves stored information; it does not invent a contractor, warranty or diagnosis. Link documents and care to equipment when saving them so they can be retrieved together.
  4. An unavailable source is shown separately. Content indexing depends on deployment configuration; linked metadata search does not require an AI service. If no records match, ResiArk may offer a nearby spelling found in this home’s saved names. Choose it explicitly to rerun the search. Suggestions are bounded, may be unavailable, and do not apply to queries containing digits or identifier separators. Arbitrary natural-language understanding is not promised.

Available with core home records on all plans. Record, storage and processing allowances apply; household roles determine editing access.
